Privacy Policy
Catastrophic Ready LLC will take reasonable measures to protect the data in the system, however team members do have access to view all data in your account except templates and documents you encrypt. This access is generally used foe assisting with issues, and generating summary-level statistics. When creating templates or documents that contain sensitive information, the user is encouraged to utilize the encryption function provided, or only upload pre encrypted documents. Note that if you lose the password to a template or document, we are not able to retrieve it or reset it. You will need to delete that object and start over. This is for your protection.
Most Address Details for individual users are optional. While we protect your data from unauthorized access through password-protected accounts, we also realize that many individuals will hesitate to link their preparedness details with a specific address, so only the zip code and nickname (what you call the address) are required.
We do use various affiliate companies, such as Amazon, when recommending gear, and we also provide links to external sites. We do not provide any details related to your account to those organizations. Still, those organizations will know that you got there from this website and may choose to advertise to you accordingly.
Sponsoring Organizations
This site offers oganizations the ability to extend invitations to users, When a user accepts invite from a sponsoring organization, they will have access to data the organization provides its team membersm abd agree that the organization will have access to certain high-level information related to their account with that organization. Examples include:
- Summary-level data, as seen on the users home screen for the address they authorize
- The zip code of the address they authorize
- Summary data specific to their ability to work remotely or on-site during a disaster
- Job title and responsibility data entered on the sponsoring organization page
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds
Users and organizations can cancel their account at any point, but no refunds will be provided. Specific details will be provided in the agrement signed prior to the account being created.
Account Cancellation
Accounts can be canceled by the account owner at any time, and Catastrophic Ready LLC will delete all data not required for disopute resolution or billing purposes, but no refunds will be given.
Standard user accounts that are not sponsored are subject to automated Cancellation after 6 months of inactivity.
Any account that the website administrators believe fraudulent is subject to cancellation at any time without a refund. Reasonable attempts will be made, usually through a support ticket, when an account is suspected to be fraudulent.
Disputes
Disputes will be handled within the help desk ticket system. If they can not be resolved in a mutually acceptable manner, the website administrator will cancel account subscriptions as appropriate. If an exception to the refund policy is requested during the dispute, it will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Liability
Catastrophic Ready LLC will make a good faith effort to provide accurate assessments based on the survey data provided by users and organizations, as well as other recomendations, but Catastrophic Ready LLC does not provide any warranty or assurances as to the completeness or accuracy of any recomendations or assessments made. All users of this system agree not to hold Catastrophic Ready LLC liable in any way for use of this system.
